At REIF, we focus on Commercial and Industrial real estate. While we typically look at investments in Southern Ontario, we have started expanding nationwide.

We focus on two different options for investment:

  1. First Position Mortgage Product - acquisition financing up to 65% Loan To Value

  2. Second Position Mortgage Product - acquisition and construction financing up to 80% Loan To Value
